The LOCATION is just amazing! You are in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal! The apartment is located on Boulevard Saint-Laurent, which is one of the most famous commercial arteries in Montreal.

Unusual boutiques, designer clothing, accessories and decoration stores, designer workshops from here and abroad, avant-garde art galleries, cosmopolitan restaurants for all tastes and budgets (including the unmissable Schwartz), world cuisine, lively concert halls, bars, and discotheques, so many opportunities to make discoveries and encounters or to celebrate, no matter what time of day it is.

Many Montrealers and tourists come to discover the works of the Mural Festival, which takes place in early June. For the occasion, the street becomes pedestrian, and many mural artists from around the world come to paint buildings in this area! You can discover these throughout the year by just walking around.

To unwind from this cultural frenzy, you will have the chance to be just a few minutes away from Mont-Royal.

The best way to get around is to walk or use the Bixi bikes, which can be found right by the apartment.

If the weather is bad, you can travel by bus as well. By being right in the middle of the Plateau/Mount-Rotal scene, there are buses to bring you anywhere.

A 10 to 15 min by walking from Mont-Royal metro station and Sherbrooke metro station.

The front door of the property is locked and the unit itself has an alarm to ensure you feel safe at all times.

There are 20 steps in the common areas to access the accommodation.

Paying laundry room in the building on the 2nd floor. $ 2 per use.

The apartment is located in a typical old Montreal building full of charm but the soundproofing is not perfect. Being in a lively neighborhood, there can be noise pollution (car, person, etc.) as in any big city.
