♦ The two apartments are located on the same floor. You will meet your group via an external balcony situated above a garden. This balcony is shared only by your two units. Therefore, you will need to take a few steps outside wearing outdoor-appropriate shoes or slippers.

♦ This beautiful accommodation contains 2 units with each two bedrooms:
- 2 Master bedrooms with queen beds, work spaces and balcony (shared but private, separated by a privacy screen, see photos for visual understanding).
- 2 Bedrooms with two queen beds each

♦ 2 Living rooms with corner sofas, smart TVs (Netflix) and electric fireplaces

♦ 2 Dining rooms with solid wood table, each table has 4 chairs plus 2 folding chairs available within the unit to accommodate a total of 12 guests.

♦ The 2 kitchens is equipped with appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave & dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, pans, pots and food essentials are provided so you don't miss anything. In addition, a traditional filter coffee maker is at your disposal to start your day on the right foot.

✦ You'll need to climb an exterior stair landing to reach the entrance. We have smart outdoor bulbs that automatically light up at dusk, ensuring a safe pathway for guests navigating the balconies and staircases. My apartments is located in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighbourhood in Montreal.

On Ontario Street, you will find various restaurants and stores. In summer, you can take advantage of this pedestrianized street to take your time without worrying about cars.

You will also be about fifteen minutes from the famous Olympic Stadium in Montreal.

The apartments are on the first floor, you will have to climb an exterior stair landing to access the doors.

Please keep it peaceful: no commercial photography, no filming/tournages, and no parties or reunions/gatherings.

NOISE
We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible! Please note that, like everywhere in Montreal, our charming vintage building may experience some traffic noise and occasional sounds from neighboring apartments. For those who are sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs on-site.

AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT
The apartments are equipped with high-capacity air conditioning for the common areas—living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways—to help keep things cool during warmer days.
For good airflow throughout the space, we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open and/or using the ceiling fan or standing fan provided in each bedroom.
We’ve organized the airflow in this simple setup to keep the space comfortable day and night. However, it is also important to consider your personal preferences for cooling, as the unit does not have central air.

SNOW REMOVAL
During winter, please be aware that our snow removal companies wait for 5 cm of snowfall to accumulate before dispatching their teams to clear parking spaces and stairs. Please consider whether this is manageable for you, especially when navigating staircases, moving strollers, or walking through light snow. Generally, they will wait until the end of a precipitation to clear the snow only once.
A shovel will be available on site.
