PET POLICY
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

NOISE
Please respect the peaceful environment. No parties allowed. Keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening.

OUTDOOR FIREPLACE / LOGS
An outdoor fireplace is available. Guests must bring their own firewood, kindling, and lighter.

It is FORBIDDEN to use fireworks.

TOWELS
Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for spa or outdoor use.

ASIAN LADYBUGS
The changing seasons of spring and fall bring the arrival of small, colorful visitors seeking warmth: Asian ladybugs, an invasive species in North America. You may encounter them during your stay during these periods. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BOAT?
Guests may not bring personal boats of any kind due to environmental protection rules (invasive algae).
