✶ The merging of two large apartments:
Both spaces are completely renovated and connected by private and internal staircases to which you will have 100% exclusive access. It contains a total of 9 closed bedrooms; There are four in the upper apartment and five in the lower apartment.
✶ In each apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, a spacious dining room that can accommodate 10 guests each, a bathroom, and an additional toilet per apartment. There is a living room with a modular sofa upstairs and a living room with two sofas downstairs for your movie nights in ultimate comfort. Additionally, there is an arcade machine and board games available.
✶ Furthermore, you will have access to ultra-fast Wifi in each apartment, as well as workspaces with ergonomic chairs and monitors.
- Sleeping Arrangements -
♦ Lower Apartment:
✶ Room 1: A spacious and bright room featuring a King bed, a workspace, and a balcony overlooking Sainte-Catherine Street.
✶ Room 2: A room with a King bed, a workspace, and a wardrobe.
✶ Room 3: A room featuring a Queen bed and a workspace.
✶ Room 4: A room with a double bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes. We provide dishes, cookware, utensils, pots, pans, and essential food items so that you lack nothing. Additionally, a coffee machine with some capsules is at your disposal.
- A washer and dryer, a bathroom with a ceramic shower, and additional toilets accessible near the laundry area!
♣ Upper Apartment:
✶ Room 5: A master bedroom with a King bed and a large closet.
✶ Room 6: A room featuring a King size bed and blackout curtains.
✶ Room 7: A room with a Queen bed and a shelf with a drying rack.
✶ Room 8: A room featuring a Queen bed with a desk and an arcade game.
✶ Room 9: A room with a double bed and beautiful natural light.
- A fully equipped kitchen. We provide dishes, cookware, utensils, pots, pans, essential food items, and a coffee machine with capsules for all your needs.
- A washer & dryer, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet accessible from the dining room!
2 PARKING SPOTS INCLUDED
• First, you have access to a free parking space behind the building. I will give you access the day before your arrival.
It is very IMPORTANT to note that the passage is very narrow and that only small cars can park there.
The width is 8 feet 11 inches and the depth 15 feet 5 inches. You'll need to follow certain guidelines to park successfully, as
space leading to the parking area is limited and can be challenging.
• A second parking spot is a 7-minute walk to the apartment. This place has more room to park an SUV.
• Parking is easy and free on the streets surrounding the accommodation. We are in a high-density residential area, and there are no parking meters to pay on the street.
✦ You will have private access to the entirety of both units and the staircase that separates them.
✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual providing you with all the important information about the two units, along with addresses of nearby activities and relevant stores!
✦ One apartment is located on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd. (So, you will have to climb 1 or 2 flights of stairs ) They share a private internal staircase. Please note that the steps can be quite steep.
We will be available before, during and after your stay to answer any questions you might have and ensure that you're having an exceptionnal stay.
For neighbourhood life, everything is doable on foot! Grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants!
If you want to go further:
You can walk by public transport thanks to the buses which pass a few meters from the apartment.
You can also rent bicycles from the rental store located opposite the building.
Finally, the car can also be an option!
My apartments are located on Sainte-Catherine Street East, in the Hochelaga Maisonneuve district.
Nearby, you will find the renowned Maisonneuve Market which will delight lovers of delicacies. There is a bus stop taking you to the city center in front of the building and the Green Metro line is a 20-minute walk away.
You will be close to the Montreal Olympic Stadium as well as the botanical garden.
Opposite the apartments, you will also find a bike rental store, where you can discover the real Montreal!
Rue Ontario, which is a little further up, is also home to various small restaurants and shops.
The HOMA district (as it is called in Montreal) is a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood. Enough to enjoy your stay in the metropolis while sleeping in peace!
PETS
Pets are not allowed. You must notify us in advance and provide official documentation if you have a service dog.
TV
We have a smart TV in each unit but do not provide cable channels.
AIR CONDITIONING
There is a wall-mounted air conditioning system in each apartment that is controlled with a remote.
WIFI
You will have access to two free wireless internet connections; it is powerful and allows you to work directly from the apartment.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in each apartment.
