RULES FOR DOGS
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

NOISE
Please respect our peaceful community. No parties are allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.

BBQ and OUTDOOR FIREPIT
If you wish to access the area in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the snow; a shovel will be available.

DINING TABLE
Please note that the main dining table seats up to 6 guests. Additional seating for 4 guests is available at the kitchen island.

DRINKING WATER
Please note that the water is perfectly safe to drink and has no unpleasant taste.

SECURITY CAMERA
For your safety, we have installed a security camera outside the cottage, pointing at the main door.
