MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 8 Adults and 1 child

✦ The chalet contains 3 bedrooms on the garden level:

- The master bedroom with king bed and adjoining private bathroom.
- The secondary bedroom contains a queen-bed.
- The last bedroom has 2 bunk beds; one with two single beds and the other one with a double and a single bed.

✦ Our large kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook delicious meals during your vacation. Dishes, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, and food essentials are on site to facilitate preparation. You will even have access to 3 coffee machines for amateurs: a Nespresso Classic ( the smaller pods, not Vertuo ), a Capuccino machine as well as an electric filter coffee maker!

✦ The living room is equipped with a large modular sofa as well as a smart television with the most popular applications: Netflix, Prime, Disney +! In addition, you will have access to a wood fireplace.

✦ The dining room contains a large table that can accommodate 8 guests.

✦ The chalet contains two large terraces, one on each level. On the main floor, the terrace has as amenities the spa open all year round, a patio set for dining, a hammock net for relaxing as well as a propane BBQ. The second terrace, meanwhile, has two hanging swings and chairs to enjoy the view.

✦ The large backyard has a fire pit and outdoor furniture.

✦ The cottage has a total of 2.5 bathrooms, a powder room located on the main level and two full bathrooms on the garden level.

✦ By booking this chalet, you will have access to the whole cottage in complete privacy, with the exception of a locked closet for personal effects!

✦ You will receive a guest manual containing chalet instructions as well as nearby activities and shops!

The cottage is isolated in nature, and is located at:

- 1h30 from Montreal
- 3hrs from Ottawa
- 1h30 from Trois-Rivières
- 3hrs from Quebec City

DOGS
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.

Additional fees: $100 per stay.

Conditions:
- You must have at least 3 positive comments from previous experiences;
- Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
- Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
- Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors and must be on a leash at all times when outside.
- You must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the yard clean.

OTHER PETS
Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.

ATTENTION
If you are planning to come during the winter season, it is recommended that you use a 4x4 car, as there are steep slopes on the roads leading to the chalet.

NOISES
Because our neighbours are sensitive to noise and want everyone to enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by nature, it is strictly forbidden to have a party at the chalet. We ask that you pay close attention to the volume of the music playing and / or if you are singing around the campfire.

TV
We do have a smart TV, but we are not offering cable channels.

BARBECUE
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

FIREPLACE / LOGS
You have access to the outdoor fireplace, however, you must bring your own wood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual. The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access.

It is FORBIDDEN to use fireworks.

LADYBUGS


The seasonal changes in spring and autumn also bring the arrival of colorful little visitors seeking warmth: ladybugs. You may encounter them during your stay in these seasons. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.

HOT TUB
The hot tub is at your disposal all year long, but you are required to bring your own towels.
