LAKE
The property is located near Lake Tremblant, offering stunning views and a variety of water activities. While there is no direct private access to the lake from the property, several nearby access points allow for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Bringing your own boats is not permitted, but rentals are available at the Pierre Plouffe Nautical Center, just 6 minutes away. Please note that fishing is not permitted on this property, visit the Pourvoyeurs du Québec website for more details.

BEACH
For swimming, the sandy beach at Parc Plage Municipal is just a 5-minute drive away. This family-friendly beach is supervised by lifeguards and offers picnic areas.

ALPINE SKIING
During the winter season, skiing is the region's main attraction. The chalet is just 6 minutes from Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort, which offers skiing, snowboarding, and winter activities for all ages.

SKATING
For ice skating, visit the municipal skating rink, located just 5 minutes away. Please avoid skating on natural lakes or rivers unless they are officially designated as safe.

ICE FISHING
Ice fishing is not permitted on the lake near the property. For this activity, visit the Laurentides website to find suitable locations near the cottage.

HEAT PUMP
The heat pump will be installed in early May 2026. Air conditioning will therefore be available after this date.

CONDO
The building has 10 condo units across 3 floors, and the rented unit is on one one level, the ground floor.

PETS
No pets (including dogs and cats) are allowed.

TV
We have a smart TV in the unit, but we don’t offer cable channels. You can enjoy apps like Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and YouTube. Just log in to your accounts!

NOISE
To respect our neighbors, partying is strictly prohibited, and we ask that you keep noise levels reasonable.

FIREPLACE
The villa includes a cozy gas fireplace and heated floors for colder days.

FIREWORKS
It is strictly forbidden to use fireworks.

BBQ*
The barbecue is accessible year-round, but it is the guest's responsibility to ensure snow clearance in winter if they wish to use it.
