The chalet consists of two floors, on the first floor you'll discover:

✦ A 1st bedroom with Queen bed, closet and chests of drawers for your belongings
✦ A 2nd bedroom with king-size bed, closet and dressers
✦ A 3rd bedroom with a double bed and a desk
✦ A bathroom with tub/shower combo and toilet

On the garden level, you'll find:

✦ The 4th bedroom with a bunk bed
Please note that the bottom and top bunks are not suitable for adults. The maximum weight for a child is 140 lbs.

✦ Our large kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook great meals during your vacation. Crockery, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, food essentials are on hand to make preparation easy. You'll even have access to two fondue kits! The bar will allow you to cook while having your friends and/or family nearby.
✦ A dining area with a magnificent wooden table and metal chairs. Note that a small relaxation area with two beautiful rattan armchairs is also in the dining room.
✦ An exceptional living room with a corner sofa with a comfortable meridienne for rainy days! A smart TV with plenty of stations available and above all... The antique wood-burning fireplace where your winter evenings will take on a vintage feel.
✦ To finish on a high note, you'll have access to a superb terrace with BBQ, dining area and outdoor sofa!

✦ An outdoor pool (depending on the weather, available approximately from mid June to mid October) In 2025, the outdoor pool will be open starting on June 10th

DOGS
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $100 per stay per dog, not refundable
๏ Guests must have at least 3 positive reviews from previous Airbnb experiences to bring a pet
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old and your dog must be under 40 lbs
๏ Your dog must be clean, not climb furniture, and always access bedrooms.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbours and on leash when outside
๏ Guests must always pick up dog droppings and keep the yard clean.
If one of the following rules is not accepted, we'll charge 500$ penalty after your stay.

SWIMMING POOLS/SAUNA/GYM
Please note that the relaxation areas are shared with other estate residents.

TOWELS
Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own pool and sauna towels.

PARKING
Please note that there is one private parking space for the chalet. The second available parking space is a "visitor" space and is therefore shared with other estate residents.

BARBECUE
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

ASIAN LADYBUGS
The changing seasons of spring and fall bring the arrival of small, colorful visitors seeking warmth: Asian ladybugs, an invasive species. You may encounter them during your stay during these periods. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.
