✦ Spacious and bright apartment, which can accommodate 6 people thanks to two closed bedrooms equipped with queen size beds and the living room which also has a sofa bed. Please note that the sofa bed is suitable for 2 children but not comfortable for adults.

✦ The living room is also equipped with a large smart TV that will allow you to watch your favorite series on Netflix or Youtube.

✦ A WIFI connection is also provided in this accommodation as well as a telephone to make free calls within North America.

✦ A spacious and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook just like at home!

It is the favorite neighborhood of the French who settled in Montreal, and it is easy to see why. With its bohemian atmosphere, gourmet shops, independent boutiques, small cafés, and restaurants, Le Plateau cultivates the European way of life with a North American touch.

You can do everything within walking distance, taste food from all over the world, let your children play in the green alleys, maintain a certain community spirit and meet teachers, graphic designers, young entrepreneurs, architects, brewers, bicycle repairmen, bagel tourists, and vegan parents, and more.

With its small streets lined with trees invaded by squirrels, its typical Montreal plexes: red brick facades and wrought-iron staircases, its beautiful parks including Mount Royal (nothing but that!) and its village-style shopping streets, it's hard not to fall in love with the old-fashioned charm of the Plateau.

The best way to get around is to walk or use the Bixi bikes, which can be found right by the apartment.

If the weather is bad, you can travel by bus as well. By being right in the middle of the Plateau/Mount-Rotal scene, there are buses to bring you anywhere.

A 10 to 15 min by walking from Mont-Royal metro station and Sherbrooke metro station.

The front door of the property is locked and the unit itself has an alarm to ensure you feel safe at all times.

Paying laundry room in the building, $2 per use.

The apartment is located in a typical old Montreal building full of charm but the soundproofing is not perfect. Being in a lively neighborhood, there can be noise pollution (car, person, etc.) as in any big city.

Please note that the sofa bed is suitable for 2 children but not comfortable for adults.
