The apartment is ideally located near Henri-Julien Park, perfect for lovely summer strolls. Just a 10-minute walk from Crémazie and Sauvé metro stations, it provides easy access to all amenities. You'll also find numerous shops, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars just steps from your door.

The Crémazie and Sauvé metro stations are just a 10-minute walk away. Numerous bus stops nearby provide easy access to the entire city. Additionally, several Bixi bike stations are close by for those who prefer cycling.

We have a smart TV for both living rooms but do not offer cable channels. There is an HDMI cable at your disposal so that you can connect your PC/Mac to the television. You can also connect to your Netflix, Youtube and other platforms of your choice.

The apartment is equipped with a very fast WIFI network, allowing you to work remotely without any problem.

STAIRCASE
The apartments are located on the 2nd floor. Like many apartments in Montreal, you'll have to climb 20 steps outdoor to reach the front door.

There is a washer and dryer per apartment for a little more convenience.
