CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.

To maintain a respectful environment for neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening and at night.

One of the four rooms has a window facing the street, so it may not be as quiet as the other three. We will provide earplugs for your comfort.
