DOGS
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience.
๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the surroundings clean.

NOISES
Out of respect for neighbors, parties are not permitted. Keep voices and music at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

TOWELS
Bath towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the pool and sauna.

ASIAN LADYBUGS
The changing seasons of spring and fall bring the arrival of small, colorful visitors seeking warmth: Asian ladybugs, an invasive species. You may encounter them during your stay during these periods. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.
