The neighborhood offers a serene and friendly atmosphere, ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes from the vibrant village of Mont-Tremblant, whether you're looking for an adventurous stay or a peaceful moment close to nature, this location offers the best of both worlds.

LAKE
The property is located near Lake Tremblant, offering stunning views and a variety of water activities. While there is no direct private access to the lake from the property, several nearby access points allow for swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Bringing your own boats is not permitted, but rentals are available at the Pierre Plouffe Nautical Centre, just a 3-minute drive away.

Please note that fishing is not permitted on this property, but outfitters in the area offer this service. Visit the Pourvoyeurs du Québec website for more details.

BEACH
For swimming, the sandy beach at Plage municipal du lav mercier is just a 7-minute drive away. Also nearby, Parc Plage is a family-friendly destination, supervised by lifeguards, and offers picnic areas.

ALPINE SKIING and SNOWBOARDING
During the winter season, skiing is the region's main attraction. The chalet is just 3 minutes from Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort, which offers downhill skiing, snowboarding, and winter activities for all ages.

SKATING
For ice skating, there are several options just 15 minutes away. Please avoid skating on natural lakes or rivers unless they are officially designated as safe.

ICE FISHING
Ice fishing is not permitted on the lake near the property. For this activity, visit the Laurentides website to find suitable locations near the chalet.

PETS
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

NOISES
Parties are strictly forbidden. Please keep conversations and music at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings and nights

ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT
The condo is on the 3rd floor and accessed via a shared staircase.

FIREPLACE / LOGS
There is an indoor fireplace available to you. You need to bring your own firewood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual.
